Return Policy

  • Computerwale.in Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Computerwale.in store credit.(Before shipping you have to take confirmation for charges from our team then only ship the products)
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
  • Computerwale.in Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges (15% on Product value).
  • Customer can contact respective service center or email at sales@computerwale.in for warranty support.
  • Cancellation of order post procurement/prior to delivery may attract up to 15% restocking charges.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.

Refund Policy

A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty Four hours) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged , the said amount will be reversed back in your card account.

The amount of the ordered product will be refunded to the provided bank account or debit card within 3 business working Days !

What is our Shipping policy ?

We endeavour but do not guarantee to deliver the products to users within 7-8 days , depending upon the shipping location . We work with different types of suppliers (Manufacturers, designers, distributors, importers, etc. ) and the delivery time to Users is subject to delivery of products from supplier to us . Other factors might include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters’ strike etc.

The maximum days of getting your ordered product delivered is the 12 days and the minimum is 5 days from the time of placing the order
